Unlock Your Child’s True Potential
Executive special education advocacy for collaborative IEP and 504 Plans, led by a former California school principal and parent peer.
When Things Are Not Working, You Feel It Every Day.
Navigating school support can leave parents feeling exhausted and isolated. Whether you are managing an existing plan or don't even know where to begin, school meetings often focus on deficits instead of what helps your child thrive. Do any of these situations sound familiar?
Uncertainty & System Confusion
Your child is struggling, but you do not know where to start or how to navigate the school system.
The Deficit Trap
School meetings endlessly focus on deficits, test scores, and behavioral challenges, while ignoring your child's true gifts and talents.
The Communication Barrier
You struggle to get clear answers from the school team, and meetings feel like adversarial negotiations.
The Missing Piece for 2e Learners
Your child shows amazing gifts and potential in some areas but struggles in others due to learning differences.
Rising Anxiety at Home
School frustration is spilling over into home life, impacting your child's confidence, self-esteem, and happiness.
Emotional Dysregulation & Meltdowns
Your child is experiencing intense emotional meltdowns or shutdowns related to schoolwork, and the school team dismisses it as "behavior."
Your Roadmap from Confusion to Clarity
We break down the overwhelming special education process into four clear, manageable milestones:
1
Discover & Analyze
We review your child's school files, evaluation reports, and historical data to uncover hidden cognitive strengths and identify critical gaps in support.
2
Strategize & Prepare
We create a tailored action plan with clear accommodation requests, measurable goals, and exact meeting strategies so you step into school meetings fully prepared.
3
Collaborate & Advocate
We align with the school team through structured preparation or by attending virtual meetings, turning tense negotiations into student-centered solutions.
4
Monitor & Thrive
We track progress, evaluate accommodations, and make ongoing adjustments to ensure your child remains supported as they grow and achieve.
Executive Educational Insight. Compassionate Parent Advocacy.
Founded by a former California principal, high school administrator, and UCLA graduate holding a Master of Arts in Educational Administration, dedicated to strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming advocacy.
Why Families Trust Our Approach
Proven Administrative Experience: Led a California Distinguished School and directed district-level special education programs, giving you an insider who knows how to navigate school bureaucracy.
Specialized 2e and Neurodiverse Focus: Recognized for building strength-based programs for gifted, twice-exceptional, and neurodivergent students.
Collaborative Bridge-Building: We replace tension with productive solutions, keeping school teams focused on your child's unique strengths, well-being, and growth to help ensure they are equipped to thrive.
A Story I Know All Too Well
When your child is struggling at school, Individualized Education Program (IEP) and Section 504 meetings can feel clinical, overwhelming, and focused entirely on what your child cannot do. School teams speak in legal acronyms and test scores, making it easy for your child's true gifts and actual potential to get lost in translation. You do not have to navigate that system alone.
My perspective is shaped by advanced educational training and years of direct leadership inside California public schools. Holding a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA and a Master of Arts in Educational Administration, I have served as an elementary principal, leading my campus to recognition as a California Distinguished School and shepherding a top-performing GATE Magnet program. At the high school level, I served as an assistant principal, where I championed specialized programs for twice-exceptional (2e) and neurodiverse learners.
But my deepest insight comes from home. As a parent within a twice-exceptional and neurodivergent household, I live this reality every single day. Our family is intimately familiar with the unique experience of navigating brilliant gifts, talents, and immense potential alongside real learning differences. I understand the emotional exhaustion, the sleepless nights, and the frustration of watching a brilliant child struggle in a one-size-fits-all educational system. As a certified Master IEP Coach®, I have sat on both sides of the IEP table, and I bring both executive administrative expertise and a parent's heart to every family I serve.
I know how districts make decisions, how compliance is evaluated, and how to build school plans that work. More importantly, I know that real progress happens when we look past deficit models and build an educational path around your child's innate strengths. My mission is simple: to relieve your stress, protect your child's confidence, and transform tense school meetings into collaborative, student-centered partnerships.

Understanding Our Role: Advocate versus Attorney
Parents often ask whether they need an educational advocate or an attorney. While both support students, we focus on proactive, collaborative problem-solving within the school system.
Educational Advocate (Our Role): We provide insider administrative expertise, document analysis, meeting preparation, strength-based goal crafting, and virtual meeting representation. Our goal is to repair communication, resolve disputes early, and build sustainable school partnerships without the high cost and adversarial nature of litigation.
Special Education Attorney: Attorneys represent families in formal legal proceedings, including Due Process hearings, state complaints, and court litigation. They are typically brought in when school relationships have completely broken down and formal legal remedies are required.
